By purchasing on our online store you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Substitions may apply
All flowers are subject to availability and Quality on market day. Substitutions may occur where requested if flowers/colours are not available or up to our standard.
CANDLES- if available scent is unavailable on your required date your fragrance will be substituted for a different scent.
Chocolates and wine maybe substituted with same or greater value if stock unavailable at time of order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please Note - Delivery Area is Gympie
Standard Delivery $12-$15
- Strictly 25km
- Any Shipping address outside 25km needs to be confirmed via email or phone before ordering.
- Extra charges will apply outside 25km
- If your shipping address is an outer suburb please confirm we service the area before placing the order.
- 25km is by road *( not geographical)
- No specific time means no specific time. Deliveries are made between 7am and 6pm
- If a specific time frame is required Please email or phone to confirm we can provide the services extra charges may apply.
Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number. **Please Note - any incorrect addresses will incur an extra delivery charge **
Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices
SATURDAY as we open at 9am will be done before 1pm.Orders must be in day before for AM delivery service
Cut off for same day delivery is 11am weekdays, If you require a delivery for same day after 11am please give us a call to check if possible.
Times on delivery is not guaranteed on peak periods such as Valentines day February 14th, Mothers Day Friday through to Sunday
Hotels/motels/home-stays - please be sure when placing an order the person will still be there on delivery. If for any reason they have checked out and order Can not be delivered you will be issued with a store credit voucher. - we will not under and circumstances give a refund.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Store Credit will be issued for change of mind orders.
