Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products on the online Store.

No refunds accepted if you proceed to local Gympie Delivery when checking out but state a different area. Ie. Rainbow Beach or Sunshine Coast etc
​
We do not offer refunds for any reason such as change of mind if in this case you will be supplied with a voucher of Store Credit.
